Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or promotional item.
  • The product is not damaged or tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and return it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Approval – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if it meets our return criteria.

Refund Policy

  • Approved Refunds – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
  • Non-Refundable Items – Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be refunded due to safety reasons.
  • Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet our standard policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges on unopened and undamaged products. If you need a different product, pleaseΒ return the original item (if eligible) and and upon physical receipt of your returned item we will send the replacement.
