• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Customers can choose from available shipping options at checkout, which are calculated in real-time by carrier rates (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Estimated delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

• We ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their country.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or carrier-related issues.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement in the carrier’s system.

5. Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Packages

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items for assistance.
